Clint Bachmann is the owner of CB Designs LLC and has over 20 years of experience in both residential and light commercial building design. After graduating from St. Cloud Technical College with a degree in Architectural Construction Technology in 2002 he went on to work for a local lumber yard, where he advanced to head of the drafting and design department. In November of 2014 Clint started CB Designs LLC. Since then, the company has continued to grow solely through great referrals.
He designs plans for new construction, additions, remodels, light commercial, basement finishes, decks, porches, garages, and pole framed structures.

Amanda has been working at CB Designs for the past five years. She has an Associates in Architectural Technology from Hennepin Technical College.
Amanda completes all of the 3D renderings and has prepared over 100 video walkthroughs for homeowners during her time at CB Designs.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with not only the technical side of architectural drafting but also understanding and applying what’s going on in the design world.
